We are constantly advised to consume more nutrient-rich foods, but we end up eating more, and still lack those important ingredients into our bodies.
Therefore, we need to learn which foods are rich in minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants, and increase their intake on a daily basis. Also, we need to try and get the most nutrients from calories and still limit the number of calories consumed.Hence, what we all need is to consume more nutrient-high and calorie-low foods.
