Zero Carb Popsicle Recipe

Adapting this Zero Carb Popsicle Recipe from my old ‘dripless’ Popsicles recipe was a pure delight.

It’s been hot; melt-on-the-sidewalk hot.   I wanted something  frosty and ‘childhood-cherry-flavored’.  I could have bought a box of sugar-free frozen treats at the store, but then I’d have eat them. (I don’t necessarily like every flavor in the box.)
