Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

These little BBQ sandwiches kind of remind me of Sloppy Joe’s, but taste way better.  I love the sweetness of the meat, and the added slaw gives it a cool crunch so your sandwich doesn’t just mush together.  No offense Joe.
