CROCK POT BACON-WRAPPED APPLE BBQ CHICKEN

In this week’s installment of Crock Pot Thursday, you’ll see a few changes that I hope you find useful. As you know, every week, my mother-in-law and three sisters-in-law take turns choosing a slow cooker recipe for every family to make on Thursday. It’s our way of sharing a meal together even though we are far apart. We discuss our results, and whether or not we, our husbands, and our children liked the meal. I often share the feedback in my Crock Pot Thursday post, but I don’t usually attribute it to any specific family. Also, there are often modifications based on cook time, family preferences, and pantry contents. I always share my modifications, but not always everyone else’s.
