In a bowl, soften the cheese with fresh cheese until a homogeneous mixture is obtained2 Add the grated cheese and mix3 Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and cut the end to obtain a diameter of about 1 cm4 Roll out the dough pizza5 Using the pastry bag, place a piece of cheese for a whole length6 Fold down the dough, and cut off the excess7 Weld well and roll up the bolster to lengthen it8 Make a pretzel knot9 Place on a plate cooking, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
